| Abstrak | In analysing a[n policy can be seen from input facet, process, output, and outcome. Including in it [is] how implementation impact a[n policy run. In this bearing pursuant to result of research that Autonomous concept [of] This Education [is] hereinafter referred to as School Based Management ( Management Base on School) viewed as [by] ideal education management system [is] autonomous era [of] area. This research [of] background of[is change in system management of education management, besides is: first [of] society look into policys of education autonomy and this area autonomy [is] [released] unilaterally, its meaning less is catching [of] aspiration of society intactly. Both, policy of education autonomy for the society of this West Java [is] felt [by] still weigh against society because have implication [to] [at] going up of expense of its childs school. Third policy of this education autonomy [is] meant governmental impressing have irresponsible again to educational which is on finally charge upon society to carry out to education [by] xself in each Town or Sub-Province.
