| Abstrak | Many new buildings in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) with drilling of groundwater wells which supplying the water needs of students or university staff can be problems in the future. Taking big amount of groundwater, also potency decrease water table of groundwater can make decrease of storage groundwater. Pumping the wells rapidly and over quota of the tolerable pumping water, can make degradation of groundwater. So that, it need the existence study about detection of aquifer system in lower ground surface in UPI to know amount of tolerable groundwater which able taken and exploited. This research used geo-electrical method with Schlumberger`s configuration which taken 4 samples of sounding in UPI, Bandung. Nainura NRD 22S is a kind of geo-electrical device which used in this research and supported by Resty 2003 software.Result of this research are detecting of materials that arranging of aquifer in UPI, Bandung; that are sandy volcanic tuff till clay which functionally as aquifer, sandstone till volcanic tuff which functionally as aquifer, clay till volcanic tuff, tuff rock, boulders rock which functionally as aquifer, and Igneous rock (Andesite). Resistivity range in location sampling are the VES GL-1 has 21,68- 69,72 ? m, the VES GL-2 has 3,36-66,02 ? m, the VES GL-3 has 6,76 - 211,57 ? m and the VES GL-4 has 8,46 - 60,46 ? m. Aquifer predicted base of geo-electric sounding data which have been conducted by pseudo section, the highest potency is VES GL-2 and lowest potency is VES GL-3. |
